This Privacy Statement explains how RSL Internet Collective ("we," "us," and "our") handles information in connection with the public website at rslcollective.org and the dashboard at dashboard.rslcollective.org.

This statement applies to the public website, dashboard, account registration and sign-in, company profile features, public documentation, email contact, and related interactions. It does not necessarily apply to external services linked from the website or dashboard, including social sharing services or other third-party websites. When you register for, sign in to, or use the dashboard, we process account and authentication information such as your email address, authentication identifiers, session and security information, and related account status details. If you create or edit a company profile in the dashboard, we process the company and contact information you submit. This may include publisher or company name, company type, primary and billing contact information, business address details, country or region, and a short company description.

Please do not send confidential, sensitive, or proprietary information unless we specifically ask for it or have separately agreed to receive it.

Information Collected Automatically ​

When you visit the website or dashboard, we and our service providers may automatically process basic technical information needed to operate, secure, diagnose, and improve those services. This may include IP address, user agent, browser and device information, pages visited, referring page, request URLs, timestamps, error logs, session information, and similar diagnostic data.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate website usage, diagnose performance issues, and improve the structure and content of the site.

We do not use the public website or dashboard to sell advertising.

The website and dashboard include links to external services and resources. These include social platforms, GitHub resources, RSL Standard materials, partner websites, press links, and other documentation or developer resources.

The website also includes social sharing features that can send page and share information to your device's native share sheet or to services such as X/Twitter, Threads, Instagram, or LinkedIn when you choose to use them. We do not control how those third-party services process information after you leave our site or interact with their features.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this statement, including to operate dashboard accounts and company profiles, respond to inquiries, maintain website, dashboard, and security records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and keep appropriate business records.

No website, network, database, or email system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for choosing what information you submit by email or through the dashboard.
