These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RSL Internet Collective public website at rslcollective.org and dashboard at dashboard.rslcollective.org, including account registration and sign-in, company profile features, website content, public documentation, and related materials.
By using the public website or dashboard, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
These Terms apply to the public website and dashboard unless another agreement expressly says otherwise. Social platforms, third-party websites, and other external resources linked from the public website or dashboard may have their own terms and policies.
1. Website And Documentation
The public website provides information about RSL Internet Collective, standards, publisher participation, developer resources, partner information, onboarding materials, and related documentation.
Some website materials may be marked beta, draft, or confidential. Those materials are provided for informational purposes and may change. They do not guarantee that any feature, account access, dashboard capability, membership opportunity, approval, or integration will be available, approved, launched, or maintained.
We may update, remove, reorganize, or correct website materials at any time. We may also change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the public website or dashboard.
2. Dashboard And Accounts
The dashboard includes account registration, sign-in, authentication, sessions, account views, and company profile features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access and for activity under your account.
We use service providers to operate authentication, account registration, sign-in, and related security features. You agree to provide accurate account and company profile information and to keep it reasonably current.
3. Contact And Submissions
When you provide information to us by email or through dashboard features, you are responsible for making sure the information is accurate and that you have the right and authority to submit it.
Contacting us or creating a dashboard account does not guarantee access to any membership, onboarding, approval, certification, partnership, commercial relationship, or other feature. We may review, respond to, accept, reject, prioritize, or ignore submissions at our discretion.
By sending us information or using dashboard features, you authorize us to use the submitted information to review your request, contact you, operate the website and dashboard, maintain records, and otherwise operate as described in our Privacy Statement.
Do not submit information that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, confidential to someone else, or that you are not authorized to provide.
4. Acceptable Use
You may use the public website and dashboard only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You may not misuse the website, dashboard, documentation, accounts, company profile features, infrastructure, or linked resources.
For example, you may not use the website to submit false or misleading information; interfere with website operation; probe, scan, or test security without authorization; attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access; submit spam or abusive content; copy, scrape, or use content in a way that violates applicable rights or law; or help others do any of those things.
We may take reasonable steps to protect the website, infrastructure, users, and our rights, including blocking requests, disabling access, removing submissions, preserving records, or contacting appropriate parties when needed.
5. Intellectual Property
The public website and dashboard, including text, documentation, graphics, logos, branding, design, code, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to RSL Internet Collective or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
You may view and use public website materials for ordinary informational purposes. These Terms do not grant you ownership of, or broad rights to reuse, RSL Internet Collective names, logos, trademarks, standards materials, proprietary materials, documentation, or other content. If a specific page, standard, repository, or separate agreement grants additional rights, those specific terms control for that material.
Third-party names, logos, marks, links, and materials referenced on the website belong to their respective owners. References to third parties do not imply endorsement unless the website expressly says so.
6. No Legal, Business, Or Technical Advice
Website materials are provided for general informational purposes. They are not legal, business, tax, accounting, compliance, security, or technical advice, and they may not be complete or suitable for your specific circumstances.
You are responsible for your own review, implementation decisions, legal review, business decisions, technical integrations, use of standards, and use of any documentation or examples. You should consult appropriate advisors before relying on website materials for legal, commercial, or compliance decisions.

The public website and dashboard include links and integrations involving third parties and external services. These may include hosted infrastructure, authentication providers, email links, social sharing features, GitHub resources, RSL Standard resources, partner websites, press links, and other external materials.
We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, policies, security, or availability. If you follow a third-party link or use a third-party service, your use is governed by that third party's terms and policies.
8. Privacy
